We stayed here as an adult and two kids.The location is situated very well,as the city (centre and sights) is easily accesible and additionally,there's a wonderful park behind the building that you can just hang around in. We also enjoyed the breakfast and thought our room to be quite cofortable.The service team was really friendly too.Only critique is that the stairs are kind of hidden(they might also just be for emergancies,but we weren't sure),and waiting on the elevator takes some time. Other than that,there's really nothing to complain about here.It's a hotel that checked all our boxes.Would stay again if I happened to be in Strasbourg.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean. The beds were veery comfy. Big shower. Breakfast very good. Dog friendly, however, the dogs weren't allowed in the dining area, which can be difficult to manage during the winter time. There is a carpark available, which costs extra 15 Euro per day, there are also plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel. Great location! a walking distance to the city centre. We do recommend the the hotel and will definitely come back there in the future. Thank you!

This is a decent hotel in a very good location, 15 to 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and other central attractions. The area, which is largely residential, feels safe, and there are some nice local restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed, of a decent size with sofa and desk, and large comfortable bed. Bathroom also clean, modern, good shower. We were glad of the air conditioning. Breakfast was plentiful - but not presented in a very enticing way.

We already have been there before and I knew how good the hotel is. I am glad that after the pandemic this hasn't changed and is still the hotel we visited last time. Special thanks to the reception for the help regarding storage of the bikes. Regarding the hotel, is very close to the city, near the speed way so everything is very easy to reach. Breakfast is good, coffee is great and the personel is awsome. We will come back for sure.

The check in and check out was quick and efficient, the staff were professional. The included breakfast had just about everything to suit our tastes. The room was sufficiently big for a one night stay for our family. Overall a good experience.
